Use of Fetch requires:

• A one-off $6 activation fee per Retail account
• A $4.99/month Fetch Access monthly fee for features and included content
• When adding additional devices to the same account a $4.49/month Multiroom fee is payable

Payment requires a valid Australian Visa or Mastercard. Transactions will appear on your credit card as Fetch TV North Sydney NSW. If you change or cancel your credit card you must update your credit card details by going to https://www.fetchtv.com.au/manage/login. If your credit card is invalid or payment for your monthly Fetch Access is declined, your Fetch service will no longer be accessible until your account payment is restored. Refer to Terms & Conditions for more details.

All fees are subject to change with notice. Device purchase price is separate from the above fees.

In addition to the purchase price of the Fetch device, there is a minimum first month cost of $10.99 (activation fee + first Fetch Access monthly fee) and minimum monthly ongoing cost of $4.99 (Fetch Access monthly fee).

Fetch Access is required with your Fetch device. The Fetch Access Monthly Fee is currently $4.99 per month.The Fetch Access monthly fee applies to per active Fetch Retail account and is $0* until 31 January 2026. To be charged on and from 1 February 2026.
