Netflix Account & Billing
  1. How does the Netflix free trial work?

The free trial allows you to stream Netflix for free in your first month of membership. If you enjoy your Netflix trial, do nothing at the end of the first month and Netflix will charge you for the next month of membership. Your membership will automatically continue for as long as you choose to remain a member and you can easily cancel anytime, online, 24 hours a day. Please note that the free trial is only available households that have not had the Netflix service in the past year.

  2. How do I pay for Netflix?

Netflix is a monthly service and will charge you every month on the date you signed up. If you started your membership on a free trial, we will charge you the following month on the date your free trial ends.

If you would like to know your next billing date, recent purchases, charge or credit history, you can visit the Billing History section on www.netflix.com/youraccount.

Your Netflix service will not be charged to, or appear on, your Fetch TV Service Provider’s Bill.
