What is the Fetch Insiders program?
The Fetch Insiders program is a voluntary feedback group for Fetch customers. It’s a way for us to do surveys to help us understand our customer base and how you interact with Fetch, and for you to tell us what you like, don’t like, and would like to see changed on Fetch.

How do I get the beta releases?
- Sign up to join the program here.
- Provide your name, email address and Fetch ID.
- We'll let you know when a trial is due to start, and will push the Beta software out to your Fetch box(es).
- We'll email you with surveys from time to time. We’ll also let you know when a Beta Software trial is about to start and when it will be pushed to your Fetch box(es).

Who can participate?
Access to the Fetch Insiders program is for existing Fetch customers by invitation only. Fetch TV may choose to remove you from the Fetch Insiders program at any time.

Do I have to pay a fee to join the program?
No, the program is free.

What kind of compensation do I receive for participating?
This program is voluntary, and there is no compensation for being part of the group. However, Fetch may from time to time offer incentives for completion of trials or surveys.

Is the Fetch Insiders program confidential?
Yes, the beta software and any information provided as part of a trial is Fetch TV confidential information.

How do I get help if I'm having an issue with beta software?
Beta software may contain errors or inaccuracies and may not function as well as Production release software. We encourage you to submit feedback when you encounter these issues. If you need further assistance, please contact the Fetch Insiders program team directly on insiders@fetchtv.com.au.

Will installing beta release software void my hardware warranty?
No, installing the beta software releases does not void your hardware warranty.
