How you get Fetch TV

You can get Fetch TV from leading Internet Service Providers either as an add-on to your existing broadband plan, or as part of your broadband bundle. You can also purchase a Fetch TV box through Harvey Norman, Domayne, Joyce Mayne and JB Hi-Fi stores, and connect it to any broadband connection. The box is delivered to you for simple self installation.

Many of our partner broadband providers offer unmetered data for TV and Movies streamed on Fetch TV. Check with your service provider to confirm what they are offering.

What you need

You need a TV, a free to air antenna, broadband and a Fetch TV box and subscription. The Mini and Mighty boxes both connect to your modem using Wi-Fi, but if your Wi-Fi is unreliable you may need PLA devices to connect - you can order these from your Fetch TV service provider.

Step 1 - Connect the TV antenna

Free-to-air digital TV channels are received using your normal TV antenna connected to the Fetch TV box, and then to the TV.

Step 2 – Connect the box to the internet

Next you use the ethernet cable provided to connect your Fetch TV box to your modem. If they are not in the same room you can connect using Wi-Fi.

There are various connection options available, although we recommend HDMI.
