
Your Disney+ subscription is on hold
We tried to charge for your next month of Disney+ but the payment failed. As such, your Disney+ subscription has been put on hold.
- If you subscribe to Fetch through your broadband provider, you will need to update your payment details with them.
- If you bought your Fetch box from a retailer or directly from Fetch, you will need to log into your Fetch account and update your Billing & Payment details.
We will try to make the payment once per day, so it will take up to 24 hours for your service to resume once you have updated your payment details.
Your Disney+ subscription will be automatically cancelled after 30 days if the payment continues to fail. Alternatively, you can unsubscribe from Disney+ now. You can manage your subscription on your Fetch box at Menu > Manage > Subscriptions.
