Software code for the Fetch set top box
The Fetch set top box comprises software code developed by third parties, including software code subject to the GNU General Public License "GPL" and GNU Lesser General Public License "LGPL". The terms of the GPL and LGPL, as well as any additional or/and modified open source packages used by Yuxing/Hybroad to build the Fetch set top box software, are listed here Firmware Version 3.7.10025 or above
The above source code is complete to the best of FetchTV's knowledge. If you believe any additional (or different) source code should be provided under the GPL or LGPL, please contact us via email at contactus@fetchtv.com.au and provide in detail the product part number, version number and firmware version number, and the name of the code module in question.
FetchTV is committed to meeting the requirements of the GPL, LGPL and of any open source licenses and will make all required source code available.
The original authors of software released under GPL and LPGL disclaim all warranties to the extent allowed under law.
