If you are an existing fetchtv customer and have a question about your service please contact your fetchtv service provider. FetchTV has no access to your account or service set up information and we are not able to troubleshoot issues for you - you need to call your Internet Service Provider for assistance. If you have an issue with your fetchtv service that your service provider has been unable to assist you with, please send us an email including details of which ISP you are with and the service call confirmation number they gave you so we can follow up with them.
